Job description

The Associate Pastor assists the pastoral team through a wide variety of pastoral duties including counseling, leadership development, preaching, vision casting and pastoral care.  As Connection Ministry Director, he serves the Lord by developing and overseeing a pathway whereby Cornerstone attendees are connected into small groups for the purpose of walking with people to help them grow.
