The Converge Ethnic Ministries are ethnic teams representing various ethnicities and cultures as member churches within the Converge movement. The ethnic ministries serve as organized expansion ministries in partnership with the Converge National Office as ambassadors and advocates to multiply and expand the vision and mission of Converge by planting ethnic churches and assisting the ten Converge regions in assessing and affiliating new ethnic churches within each region.

The Vietnamese Ethnic Ministry has roots that began 27 years ago when five pastors came together to form this initiative. This initiative starts and strengthens Vietnamese churches in three ways. First, there are weekly prayer meetings between pastors and leaders. Second, the leadership team visits Vietnamese churches to support local pastors, leaders and church members. And finally, a conference takes place to gather pastors and leaders together. With your support, this ministry can continue to start and strengthen Vietnamese churches in the U.S. and around the world.
