He currently leads Healthy Growing Leaders, which helps leaders recognize their strengths and weaknesses to improve their team’s productivity, and TrueWiring and TrueWiring4Churches, which develops assessment instruments to help individuals in organizations and churches understand how they are uniquely wired.
