Oliver and Karissa are a German-American couple serving with Converge in Germany. They have worked in ministry in Cameroon since 2003. Oliver established two physical therapy departments at different health facilities in Cameroon and Karissa led and trained the staff of a Christian radio station.

In 2021, God led them to settle in Oliver’s home country of Germany. Oliver is the Program Director for a 4-year Bachelor’s program in Physical Therapy in Cameroon. Oliver does most of his work remotely with regular trips to Cameroon to supervise the work. He enjoys having the opportunity of training young Cameroonians to not only become Physical therapists, but missionaries themselves in the many unreached regions of Cameroon. After 14 years of discipleship ministry and missions, Karissa is now focusing on discipleship at home.
