Some of the world's least-evangelized people lie in the region from Iceland to Siberia, and Norway to Libya. Bob and Carol serve Converge International Ministries in that Europe & Mediterranean Region.

Bob is the leader of the Mission Catalyst Team in the Europe and Mediterranean Region. Mission Catalysts effectively engage in relational partnerships with indigenous leaders to catalyze gospel movements among least-reached people groups when sending global workers is inappropriate, impossible, or unavailable. The goal is locally led, locally sustained, reproducing discipleship that originates within the culture and expands to nearby cultures. Current efforts include Ukraine, Romania, Israel, and nations in North Africa.

Bob also serves in oversight to a number of Converge workers in non-initiative aligned ministries in Germany, Israel, and Egypt.
