Pastoral placement
We believe assisting churches in finding the right leader is one of the most important services we can provide. We support our pastors in finding positions where they can grow and be the leader God has called them to be. The Converge Placement Network exists to help you make that decision with wisdom, knowledge and Spirit-led confidence. Using multiple tools, a Converge coach will guide your search team and leadership board thru a six-step process that will help you understand who you are as a congregation and what type of pastor will best serve you in your next season of ministry.
