We are a body of believers that seek to know Christ and make Him known in Becker and around the world. We invite you to come join us on Sundays as we gather together to worship Him in song, prayer, and Scripture reading.
We are part of Converge (North Central) and believe the Bible is God’s Word and guides our lives. It encourages us to live our lives in obedience to God and in service to others. We invite you to come and learn more.
Job description
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (or actively pursuing one).
• At least 4 years of experience in pastoral ministry, particularly in youth and family ministry.
Minimum Qualifications
• Follower of Christ, in alignment with the biblical qualifications for leadership (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9).
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent ministry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and empower volunteers and students in their spiritual growth.
• Passion for outreach and evangelism, with a commitment to youth ministry and discipleship.
